Pricing

One plan. Everything in it. There is no lesser version of CalibDue — the audit export is the whole point of the product, so putting it behind an upgrade would defeat the reason to use it.

What is included

Every line below is a capability that exists in the product today. We checked each one against the code before publishing it, and we left out anything we could not stand behind.

Calibration and equipment

• An equipment register with multiple calibration tracks per instrument, each on its own interval.
• Due status recalculated for you: current, due soon (from 30 days out), or overdue.
• Email reminders 30, 7 and 1 day before a calibration is due, plus a daily alert once it is overdue. Reminders reach admins and technicians; every threshold can be switched off per lab or per person.
• Certificate upload (PDF, JPEG or PNG, up to 10 MB per file) with a SHA-256 checksum recorded for each one, and download links that expire after 15 minutes.
• Out-of-tolerance points worked out from the measurements themselves, on the server. An out-of-tolerance reading forces a recorded disposition instead of passing quietly.
• A review gate for vendor certificates: a calibration you did not perform yourself stays pending, and does not advance the schedule, until someone accepts it.

Audit evidence

• An audit export as a single PDF, generated on demand for any date range: the calibration register, the readiness score, and an explicit list of what was excluded from the score rather than a number that pretends to cover everything.
• PDF exports for the training, maintenance and controlled-document registers, and a CSV export of the activity log.
• An append-only activity log recording who changed what, with the before and after values, and an actor stamped by the server rather than supplied by the browser.
• Exports are run by an administrator — technician and viewer accounts can read the registers but cannot generate the exports.
• Publicly verifiable certificates: a generated certificate carries a QR code that anyone — an assessor, a client — can scan to confirm it is genuine, and a withdrawn certificate reports itself as withdrawn.

Your team

• Three roles — admin, technician and viewer — enforced at the API route and in the interface, not only hidden in the menu.
• Invite colleagues by email. There is no per-seat charge.

Modules included, and labelled Beta in the application Beta

• EQA / proficiency testing — the accreditation-aware rule engine: per-standard review windows, corrective-action windows, consecutive-failure rules, sample-pass thresholds, PT integrity attestation, and four per-analyte evaluation methods.
• Document control — versioning with SHA-256 checksums, multi-reviewer approval, acknowledgements recorded per version per user, and periodic review outcomes.
• Certificate generation — branded templates in three layouts, signature blocks, and sequential numbering that resets annually.

Those last three modules carry a Beta label inside the application itself — on the sidebar, the dashboard card and the page header. They are built and usable, and they are younger than the rest of the product. You will see the same label we show here.

Your accreditation standard

At signup you pick one of six: CAP, CLIA, ISO 15189, UKAS, ISO/IEC 17025, or lab-defined. You can change it later in settings.

Here is precisely what that choice changes:

• The EQA rule set — review window, corrective-action window, consecutive-failure rule, sample-pass threshold, and whether a PT integrity attestation is required before results can be submitted.
• Stricter validation when recording a calibration: under an accredited standard, a pass has to carry at least one measurement with a tolerance before it will advance the schedule.
• The standard named on the training report.
• The standard's statement printed on generated certificates.

Outside those points, your standard is recorded and printed rather than used to alter how the product behaves. We would rather tell you that than imply the entire application reconfigures itself around your accreditation — it does not, and you would find out during your assessment.

The free trial

The trial is 14 days and needs no credit card. It is also the reason we do not offer a money-back guarantee: you can put real instruments, real certificates and a real audit export through CalibDue before you pay us anything, which tells you more than a refund window would.

What happens at the end of 14 days, stated plainly:

• If you subscribe, nothing changes.
• If you do not, the lab becomes read-only. Everything you recorded stays visible, and an administrator can still generate the audit export — a lab facing an assessor must never find its own evidence behind a paywall. What you cannot do is record new work until you subscribe.
• Your records are kept. Nothing is deleted automatically, ever. There is no purge job, no countdown to erasure, and no expiry on your data. The trial expires; your records do not.

Being straight about what this does not do

This is a young product and a new vendor. The things below are the ones a quality manager would otherwise find out the hard way.

• One laboratory per account. CalibDue does not support a multi-site network or a lab group under a single account today. If you run several accredited sites, tell us before you start a trial — the honest answer right now may be that we are not the right fit yet.
• Checkout is not open yet. The price on this page is what CalibDue costs, and paid subscriptions are being set up with Paddle as merchant of record. Until that goes live the trial is the way in, and we will contact you before anything is ever charged.
• There is no bulk import. Equipment, training topics, SOPs and maintenance schedules are entered in the application; we cannot yet load them from a spreadsheet or an existing register.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part-used periods. The full terms, including how to ask for a refund and who to ask, are on the refund policy page.

Prices are in US dollars and may change; we will give notice of a change before it affects an existing subscription. When paid billing launches, purchases will be processed by Paddle as merchant of record, and Paddle's own buyer terms — together with our terms of service and refund policy — will govern the purchase transaction, including tax, refunds and chargebacks.
