Terms of Service

Effective date: 2 September 2026

These terms apply to your use of the CalibDue marketing website at calibdue.com. By using the site, you agree to them. They do not govern the CalibDue application itself — see section 4.

1. What this site is

This site exists to describe CalibDue, share information about lab compliance, and send you to the application. Nothing is sold and no payment is taken here: the site collects no personal data and has no checkout. Where a page on this site quotes a price, that is information about what a CalibDue subscription costs, not an offer you can accept on this site.

2. Who we are

"CalibDue" ("we", "us", "our") operates this site. You can reach us at contact@calibdue.com.

3. Using the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and respectfully. You will not:

  • Attempt to interfere with, probe, or exploit the site's infrastructure.
  • Scrape, mirror, or programmatically harvest content at a rate that disrupts service.
  • Use the site to send spam, phishing, or any unlawful communications.
  • Misrepresent your identity in any communications with us.

We may suspend access or remove submissions if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

4. The application is separate from this site

CalibDue itself runs at app.calibdue.com. Creating an account there — including starting the 14-day free trial — is a separate act from using this website, and these terms do not govern it. What you can rely on about the commercial arrangement is published on our pricing and refund policy pages.

The trial is free and requires no payment details, so signing up creates no payment obligation. Paid subscriptions are not open yet; when they are, they will be sold through Paddle as merchant of record and a full product agreement will be issued and presented to you before any charge is taken. We will not charge an account that has not been shown those terms.

You can unsubscribe from our marketing email at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing us.

5. Intellectual property

The CalibDue name, logo, copy, screenshots, design, code, and other materials on this site are owned by CalibDue or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive licence to view this site for the purpose of learning about the product. No other rights are granted; in particular, you may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from site content without prior written permission.

Product screenshots displayed on this site contain illustrative data from our internal demo environment. Names, lab references, and identifiers shown are fictional or anonymised.

6. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party websites (e.g. accreditation bodies, sub-processors' policies). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Following such links is at your own risk.

7. Forward-looking statements

The site describes features, capabilities, and accreditation rules that CalibDue supports or intends to support. We check capability claims against the product before publishing them, and where a capability is labelled Beta, planned, or missing we say so. Even so, features and timelines may change, and nothing on this site is a binding commitment to deliver a specific feature on a specific date.

8. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on it is complete or up to date.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalibDue and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this site or any information contained here — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you have paid us in connection with this site, which is zero, as nothing is sold here.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold CalibDue harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. For material changes, we will additionally email account holders and anyone on our mailing list.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms: contact@calibdue.com.

These terms cover the marketing site only. Separate terms (including a master service agreement, data processing addendum, and product-specific SLAs) will be issued before paid billing opens and will apply to customers of the product itself. When paid billing launches, purchases will be processed by Paddle as merchant of record, and Paddle's own buyer terms — not this page — will govern the purchase transaction, including tax, refunds, and chargebacks.
